When can Botox or filler be injected after surgery? After rhinoplasty, it is better to wait until the initial swelling has decreased. In most cases:Botox injection is possible about 4 to 6 weeks after nasal surgery.
In some cases, if swelling is more significant, the doctor may recommend waiting 2 to 3 months.

Most importantly, Dr. Hosnani strongly advises against injecting Botox or dermal fillers directly into the nose following surgery, as the potential risks far outweigh any benefits and should be avoided entirely.
