Для пациентов, путешествующих из дальних городов или из-за рубежа, авиаперелёты, как правило, не рекомендуются как минимум в течение одной недели после ринопластики. Если не возникает таких проблем, как носовое кровотечение, внутренние авиаперелёты могут быть возможны через 48 часов. Для тех, кто путешествует на дальние расстояния или за границу, перелёт через одну неделю обычно приемлем.

How Many Days After Rhinoplasty Can You Travel by Air?

Many of our patients come from other countries or from different cities across Iran. If no special problems such as nose bleeding occur, it is generally possible to travel by airplane about 48 hours after surgery.
However, our recommendation is to avoid air travel for at least one week after surgery whenever possible. The first week after rhinoplasty is considered a critical and very important period. During this time, the tissues inside the nose are actively healing and the recovery process occurs rapidly.
Changes in air pressure caused by altitude variations during a flight may increase the risk of bleeding. For this reason, postponing air travel for one week helps reduce potential complications.
However, if air travel is urgent and absolutely necessary, and the patient accepts the potential risks, flying may be allowed approximately 48 hours after surgery.
