The cost of rhinoplasty (cosmetic nose surgery) includes several components such as the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesiologist’s fee, medications, disposable surgical supplies, operating room expenses, hospital or clinic admission costs, and the fees of nurses and medical technicians involved in the procedure.

The total cost of nose surgery varies depending on the type and complexity of the nose. In general, large or fleshy noses usually require more complex surgical techniques and therefore may involve higher costs. In addition, revision rhinoplasty (secondary surgery) is typically more complicated than primary rhinoplasty and therefore costs more.

The total cost of rhinoplasty, including all the above items, by Dr. Hamidreza HOSNANI is as follows:
$2500 for bony noses that have not been operated on before
$3000 for thick skin nose
$3500 to $4500 for noses that have been operated on before (Revision rhinoplasty) and the nasal structure is damaged and requires reconstruction with rib cartilage. The exact cost of the surgery is determined after examination and an in-person consultation session

All of these factors are calculated according to a predefined pricing structure, and the final amount is presented to you as a single total fee.
